Good to know

Basis: Companies Act, 1994, Financial Reporting Act, 2015 and applicable IAS/IFRS. The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has adopted IFRS in Bangladesh; additional rules can apply by entity and sector. Tax, VAT and company law require accounts to be kept for set periods.

  • Not every organisation needs every document; for example, stock records only for businesses holding inventory, and payroll records only if there are employees.
  • Accounts are prepared considering current standards where applicable, including IAS 2 (inventories), IAS 7 (cash flows), IAS 16 (property, plant and equipment) and IFRS 15 (revenue).

What you receive: up-to-date ledgers and accounts, monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations and MIS reports to your needs.
