Good to know

A project profile is not a government licence; it is a technical, commercial and financial planning document for a project. It is needed for bank loans, investment proposals and industrial registration; for example, BIDA's checklist asks for a project profile for domestic industrial projects above a certain size. Each bank may require its own format and conditions.

  • The source and reasoning for each sales and cost assumption is written into the profile; profits are not inflated with unverified assumptions.
  • A project profile does not guarantee loan or investment approval; the decision belongs to the bank or investor concerned.

What you receive: project profile or feasibility report (Word/PDF) and an Excel financial projection model.
