Good to know

Legal basis: Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012, the 2016 Rules and later amendments. VAT rates, exemptions and turnover tax depend on the business and are set by checking the latest SROs.

  • Under NBR guidance, supporting documents are not mandatory with a normal BIN application; the form must be filled in accurately. We check the trade licence and ownership papers to verify the information.
  • The monthly VAT return is usually due by the 15th of the following month. If a special order extends the time, we let you know.

What you receive: BIN certificate (Mushak-2.3), copies of filed returns, up-to-date purchase and sales registers and audit-ready records.
